Will it really look like my child?
We draw your child from the photos you upload, then show you a free preview with the character sheet, the cover and two illustrated story pages before you pay. If it's not quite right, you can ask for a redraw twice for free. After ordering, you can review every page and request corrections. You have 48 hours before the proof is automatically approved for printing.
How long does delivery take?
You see a delivery estimate before you pay. We finish the illustrations after your order and give you 48 hours to review the full book before it is automatically approved for printing. The estimate includes production and shipping.
What happens to my child's photos?
Photos are stored privately, used only to illustrate your book, and deleted automatically 30 days after delivery. You can also delete them yourself any time after approving the book.
What if I don't like the book?
Our Happiness guarantee: if the likeness or the print isn't right, we'll redraw or reprint it for free within 30 days of delivery.
Can I change the text?
Yes. You can edit the name and the dedication on the proof, and tell us about anything on a page that needs fixing, before the book goes to print.
What ages is it for?
Our stories are written for ages 3–8, and you choose your child's age in the story (1–10).
Can I cancel?
You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve the proof. Once the book is printing we can't cancel it, because it's made just for your child.
